Updated FY26 EAP and PDAP Resources
New FY26 EAP and PDAP Resource Guides, updated job aids, and additional resources have been posted on the EAP/PDAP webpage.
To make the most of this valuable benefit, eligible employees are reminded to prioritize their education and professional development. To make the most of your time for expeditious processing, please engage with these materials and follow the streamlined steps:
• Streamlined One-Step Process: Direct payments and non-travel reimbursements will be simplified to a one-step process, using Supplier Invoice Requests and Expense Reports. Eligible EAP/PDAP travel will still require pre-approval via Spend Authorization and an Expense Report (existing 2-step process).
• One (1) Annual Acknowledgement Form: Employees will now submit an annual acknowledgement form once per fiscal year, instead of for each individual request. Acknowledgement forms will also be required to cover wellness expenses due to tax implications. Existing forms submitted since July 1, 2025, will cover all requests through Tuesday, June 30, 2026. For your convenience, you can upload this form with each request, but it’s the same file for the entire fiscal year.
We hope the shortened process and resources will help you, but we are still here to assist! Our dedicated HR Help Desk Team will be available to address your concerns and provide personalized guidance through EAP/PDAP Office Hours, offered by appointment via Zoom. This is an opportunity to explore any lingering questions or concerns you may have after reviewing the site and its resources. Please come prepared with your specific question(s) to make the most of your scheduled time.
Contact EAP Requests or PDAP Requests with any questions or concerns.
