Celebrate March Heritage Months with MC Library
March is Women’s History Month and Irish American Heritage Month. MC Library invites employees to explore our curated displays and resources highlighting the history, culture, and contributions of women and Irish Americans.
Visit any campus library location to browse featured book and film displays, or explore the online Women’s History and Irish American Heritage guides. The guides include recommended books and e-books, streaming films, research resources, and connections to local organizations.
Employees are encouraged to use these resources for personal enrichment and share them with students who may benefit from learning more about these heritage months.

Coming Soon: New Hire and Exit Survey Program Launching March 2026
Montgomery College is excited to announce a fresh approach to gathering employee feedback and strengthening our workplace culture. Starting in March, HRSTM will roll out two new confidential survey programs. One focused on new hires and one for employees departing from the College. These surveys, administered by Gartner, will replace our current internal surveys.
What to Expect • New hires and exiting employees will receive an email from Gartner Surveys. • All responses are confidential. Montgomery College will only see aggregate results, not individual responses. • New employees will be contacted after their first 30 days. • Departing employees will receive notifications during their last two (2) weeks and up to three (3) weeks after leaving.
Why This Matters Your feedback is key to improving recruitment, onboarding, and the overall employee experience. By learning from both new hires and those leaving, we can build a more supportive, engaging, and effective workplace for everyone.
For more information, please contact the HRSTM Help Desk at 240-567-5353.
