Supporting Disability Inclusion at Work: Equity Week Employee Panel Discussion on April 23
As part of 2026 Equity Week, Inclusive Excellence and Belonging and HRSTM are hosting a panel discussion featuring employees who have chosen to share their experiences as individuals with disabilities at the College, titled From Awareness to Action: Supporting Disability Inclusion at Work, on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 3 to 4 p.m. via Zoom. This conversation will move beyond awareness to meaningful action–centering real experiences to help shape more inclusive practices, policies, and support.
We recognize that disclosure is a personal decision and, for many, comes with uncertainty. At the same time, we know that meaningful change often begins when individuals feel empowered to share their stories, and we are deeply grateful to those who have already volunteered to share their perspectives. We are seeking 1–2 additional panelists who feel comfortable contributing to this important dialogue. Your voice can help shape a more inclusive, supportive workplace and directly inform future improvements.
If you are interested or would like to learn more before deciding, please contact Antonio Montano or Dr. Sophia Mason. All are welcome to join this discussion. Register here.
