Telework
Teleworking is the opportunity to work from home instead of traveling to your College work space. Staff, both full-time and part-time, are eligible as long as they’ve completed the probationary period.
You’ll need permission from the head of your unit to telework, and not all jobs are suited for telework arrangements.

Alternate Work Schedule
Alternate work schedules allow employees to work a schedule that meets the college’s needs, while allowing for work-life balance. Some employees use alternate works schedules to reduce commuting time. Others prefer to work longer days in exchange for a shorter work week.
You'll need permission from your administrative unit head for an alternate work schedule, and not all jobs are suited for the alternate schedule.
