Montgomery College has adopted the Workday system, which allows a new approach to how we conduct and process human resource, payroll, and financial transactions. Workday is a cloud-based application for human resources and finance systems. The College chose Workday because it is secure, efficient, and easy to use. It is also cloud based, meaning software updates will automatically occur and data will be securely stored on a server offsite.
