Registration for the Conference comes with an annual membership with AAWCC-MC Chapter for AY26-27.

  • Faculty/Staff Registration: $65 Early Bird Fee (ends March 22, 2026)
  • Faculty/Staff Registration: $75 Regular (March 23-April 17, 2026)
  • Faculty/Staff Registration: $85 On-Site (April 24, 2026)
  • Student Registration: Free (Early Registration Recommended; Limited Spots Available)

Student fees are at NO COST to the student. However, all students who register for the conference must commit to the full day. Space is limited, so registration is a first-registered basis. Students who register may receive a memo to share with professors requesting excused absence to attend this professional development conference.

Student Leadership and Career Development Training Institute for Beginners

A predesigned student training module by leading student success development professional and practitioner, this year’s AAWCC-MC Chapter Conference entails the “Student Leadership and Career Development Training Institute for Beginners for this year’s conference student track.

Some critical predictors of students’ academic and professional success according to many research studies by experts and credible associations and institutions include career exploration and development, leadership, emotional intelligence, personal wellness, financial literacy, and digital technology competence. This Student Leadership and Career Development Training interactive model is designed to begin developing participants’ knowledge, skills, and abilities to become proficient in these competency areas.

During this training, students will learn some essential and foundational components of the various competencies at a beginner's level, while creating a thirst for a deeper knowledge and plans to implement learning that will increase their personal and professional opportunities and competence level.  Students will also have an opportunity to critically and creatively think and express what they have learned and gathered from their complete experience in association with the overall conference and theme.
