AAWCC-MC Guiding Principles — L.E.A.D.S (Learn, Empower, Advance, Develop, Serve)

At the heart of our organization are guiding principles —our core beliefs that define who we are and how we operate. They serve as our compass, shaping every decision we make and every action we take. These principles help us to actualize our mission, unite our members, and keep us focused on creating meaningful impact.

LEARN: We are dedicated to promoting continuous learning, helping women achieve their full potential as professionals and individuals.
EMPOWER: We create a supportive community where women inspire one another and embrace opportunities to lead and grow together.
ADVANCE: We provide resources that encourage upward mobility, offering career mentoring and networking to advance each member’s goals.
DEVELOP: We foster an environment that nurtures holistic growth, cultivating skills for leadership and personal development.
SERVE: We instill a deeper sense of purpose and contribute meaningfully to the MC community.
