Your Voice, Your MC: Employee Experience and Climate Survey

Thank you to the faculty, chairs, administrators, and staff who participated in the employee experience and climate survey.

Richard Boyer from ModernThink new windowpresented the key findings to more than 150 members of the College community on April 10 and 14, 2023. These findings were also shared with the President, Cabinet, All Administrators, the Office of Equity and Inclusion, and the Office of Compliance, Risk, and Ethics.

Next Steps for the Survey Process

The upcoming phase involves division-level debriefs, followed by localized action planning this summer. In the fall, open forums will be held to develop college-wide action plan recommendations. These recommendations will be submitted to the President and their cabinet for review and implementation, ensuring continuous improvement and a positive work environment.
