Next, feel free to contact the HR Help Desk if you have general questions about any HRSTM topics. We are supporting 4,000+ active employees and college retirees, so if you call and
receive a voicemail response, it is because we are assisting other employees or retirees,

your call promptly. All calls and emails will be answered within 24 hours. The HR
Help Desk also offers Zoom Office Hours if you have Workday questions best resolved
by sharing your screen and/or simply prefer to meet virtually face-to-face.

Campus-based Human Resources Internal Consultants (HRICs) serve as a primary expert
and resource on all HRSTM matters and to support the employees and managers for their
assigned campus. If you were not able to resolve your matter through the HR Help Desk,
please reach out to your designated HRIC for additional guidance and support.
