If you have general human resources questions, please contact the HR Help Desk. Our team supports more than 4,000 active employees and retirees. If you reach our voicemail, we are assisting other employees or retirees. Please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. All calls and emails receive a response within 24 hours.

The HR Help Desk also offers Zoom office hours for Workday questions that are easier to resolve by sharing your screen or if you prefer to meet virtually.

Zoom Office Hours	Our dedicated payroll services team is available to answer questions and provide personalized time-entry guidance. This is an opportunity to ask questions or raise concerns before completing your timesheet or after reviewing your payslip. Zoom office hours are first come, first served. Please come prepared with your specific question(s) to make the most of your time. Alternating Weekly Schedule End of pay period (Friday) and timesheets due (Saturday): Thursdays, 8–10 p.m. Fridays, 10 a.m.–Noon Pay dates (Friday): Fridays, 8:30–10:30 a.m. Join the Zoom Office Hours Waiting Room new window.

Campus-based Human Resources Internal Consultants (HRICs) serve as a primary expert and resource on all HRSTM matters and support the employees and managers for their assigned campus. If you were not able to resolve your matter through the HR Help Desk, please reach out to your designated HRIC for additional guidance and support.
