Entering Time Worked In Time Tracking
Time Tracking provides a number of options that workers can use to enter time. The options available for workers depend on whether the workers are exempt or nonexempt. The instructions below are for non-exempt workers.
Enter Time Via the Calendar
There is also an option to enter your time via the calendar. Non-exempt workers must do the following:
- Open the Time worklet.
- The Enter Time screen appears. Click Last Week or This Week.
- Double click on the date to enter your time.
- The Enter Time window pops up. Hours Worked is the default time type. If you need
to change it, click the time type menu button. Click Time Entry Codes for a list of appropriate codes to use for time type. Select the Hours Worked code.

- Confirm the hours you submitted are true and complete. Click Submit.
- Click Done.
Enter Tim eVia the Time Worklet
- Open the Time worklet.
- The Enter Time screen appears. Click Last Week, then repeat all of the instructions below to enter time for This Week.

Need updated screenshot - Click the Time Type menu button and select Hours Worked or the appropriate time type.
