Entering Time Nonexempt

Entering Time Worked In Time Tracking

Time Tracking provides a number of options that workers can use to enter time. The options available for workers depend on whether the workers are exempt or nonexempt. The instructions below are for non-exempt workers.

Enter Time Via the Calendar

There is also an option to enter your time via the calendar. Non-exempt workers must do the following:

  1. Open the Time worklet.
  2. The Enter Time screen appears. Click Last Week or This Week.
  3. Double click on the date to enter your time.
  4. The Enter Time window pops up. Hours Worked is the default time type. If you need to change it, click the time type menu button. Click Time Entry Codes for a list of appropriate codes to use for time type. Select the Hours Worked code.

  5. Enter the number of hours worked. Click OK.

  6. The Hours Worked will show on the calendar. Repeat this step for each date.

  7. Click Submit.
  8. Confirm the hours you submitted are true and complete. Click Submit.
  9. Click Done.

Enter Tim eVia the Time Worklet

  1. Open the Time worklet.
  2. The Enter Time screen appears. Click Last Week, then repeat all of the instructions below to enter time for This Week.

  3. Click the Enter Time button. Select Enter Time.

  4. Click each date to enter the appropriate number of hours worked that day.

  5. Click the Time Type menu button and select Hours Worked or the appropriate time type.

  6. After entering the appropriate hours and time type for each date, Click OK.

  7. The calendar will show the hours you entered for each day. Click Submit.

  8. Confirm the hours you entered are true and complete. Click Submit.

  9. Click Done.
