Request Time Off

The Time Off Worklet can be used by all workers to request time off. It also displays your time off balances and time off details. Exempt workers must use the Time Off Worklet for exception reporting. Non-exempt workers can request time off both in the Time worklet and the Time Off worklet.

Request Time Off Via the Time Off Worklet

  1. Open the Time Off worklet. The Time Off screen appears. Click Time Off to request days for time off.

  2. The monthly calendar appears. Click each date (or drag and highlight multiple dates) that you are requesting for time off. The date will turn blue to indicate that it is selected. Click the date again to de-select the date.

  3. Click the green button that tells you how many days you are requesting off.

  4. The Request Time Off window pops up. Click the Type, menu button to select the type of leave for the dates you entered. Note- It must be the same type of leave for each date. If you have various types of leave, you must select each date separately based upon the type of leave you are using.

  5. Enter the number of hours in the Daily Quantity field.
  6. Optional fields: Enter a comment or attach a file if needed for your leave type.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. You will return to the monthly calendar with your requested time off dates listed.
