Request Leave of Absence
Request for Leave of Absence requires approval. Note: The approval task is routed to the Manager’s Inbox.
- Click the Time Off Worklet.
- Click Leave of Absence.

Need updated screenshot - Add a comment and upload documents when necessary (optional).
- If adding an attachment, click Select Files. Locate the files on your hard drive or thumb drive. Once you have the file, highlight it and then click Open.
- Click Submit if you are ready to submit the request. If you are not ready to submit the request, click Save for Later. If you decide not to complete the request, click Cancel.
