Coming Soon: New Hire and Exit Survey Program
Montgomery College is introducing a new approach to gathering employee feedback and strengthening workplace culture. Later this month, HRSTM will launch two (2) confidential survey programs: one (1) for new hires and one (1) for employees departing from the College. These surveys, administered by Gartner, will replace the College's current internal surveys.
What to Expect • New hires and exiting employees will receive an email from Gartner Surveys. • All responses are confidential. Montgomery College will only see aggregate results, not individual responses. • New employees will be contacted after their first 30 days. • Departing employees will receive notifications during their final two (2) weeks and up to three (3) weeks after leaving the College.
Why This Matters Employee feedback helps improve recruitment, onboarding, and the overall employee experience. By learning from both new hires and departing employees, the College can continue to strengthen a supportive, engaging, and effective workplace for everyone.
For more information, please contact the HRSTM Help Desk at 240-567-5353.
