Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, MyMC will still be called MyMC after the redesign is complete.

The launch date will be June 20, 2024.

The new MyMC portal will enhance the ability to provide employees and students with a personalized approach to the information most relevant and useful to them.

The updated MyMC design experience includes:

  • Fresh interface: A sleek and modern interface that is both visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Enhanced accessibility: The modernized portal is more accessible and usable for all members of our College community.
  • Personalization: Personalized and customized dashboards based on your role at the College.
  • Mobile app: Seamless access to a new mobile application.

The look and navigation will be completely different. All information will be categorized and sorted into “cards” that will appear on your personalized dashboard. You will also have the ability to add web links that are important to you.

A dashboard is an easy way to display relevant information all in one place. A good  example of a dashboard is an online banking account. After logging in a dashboard with all your account information, transactions, and alerts are presented on one page.

Yes! The launch of MyMC will also introduce a new mobile app that allows dashboard access anywhere, anytime, 24/7!
