Employee Engagement and Labor Relations

The HRSTM Employee Engagement and Labor Relations team supports healthy and productive work relationships that promote the College's mission. We provide guidance and strategies (PDF, Get Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader.-Link opens in new window.) to prevent and deescalate workplace conflicts through clear and open communication between employees and managers.

When employees and managers disagree on important questions or employment policies, established guidelines and procedures provide the tools needed to evaluate and resolve problems. If you have a concern that requires assistance, you can file a complaint, also known as a grievance. To start the process, fill out the appropriate form (depending on your union membership status) or contact an ELR team member. We will guide you through each step to resolution.

For assistance with employee concerns, please e-mail us, and a team member will assist you.
