Workplace Posters

Federal and state laws require employers to display posters to ensure that employees have access to information about employment rights. The U.S. Department of Labor and the State of Maryland provide free electronic copies of all required notices and posters, and many are available in multiple languages. It is important to note that not all employers are covered by all laws administered by the U.S. Department of Labor and may not be required to display certain posters. The following posters reflect the federal and state employment laws applicable to Montgomery College and are current as of July 2024. Posters can be viewed online or in person at the locations listed below.

Workplace Posters are also installed in most campus buildings, business and engagement centers, and at Central Services.

Information for Supervisors:
