Collective Bargaining Agreements
Montgomery College encourages collaborative approaches to labor relations and recognizes
that faculty and staff, including those represented by employee organizations, are
essential to achieving the College's mission.
The Employee Engagement and Labor Relationsnew window team provides guidance on interpreting collective bargaining agreements and assists
with conflict resolution for all employees.
Current collective bargaining agreements cover:
- American Association of University Professors (AAUP), representing full-time faculty
- Service Employees International Union (SEIU), representing part-time faculty
- American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), representing
staff
