Comprehensive Evaluation
The elements of the counseling faculty performance review includes student evaluations, a self-evaluation, peer reviews, observations, and an administrative review. The elements of the instructional faculty performance review include a self-evaluation, classroom observations, departmental chair review, peer review and a Dean summary evaluation. For new faculty members, the comprehensive evaluation during the first year of employment will focus on faculty performance during the first semester of employment.
