The deadline to make changes to your benefit options for 2024 was November 17, 2023.  Only new employees or employees with life changing events are  allowed to make benefit selections for 2024.

Montgomery College's benefits program includes health, dental and life insurance coverage, flexible spending accounts, pension benefits, income protection in the event of a long-term disability, tuition benefits for the employee, spouse and children of the employee; as well as the wellness program. All full-time and part-time budgeted employees (and their dependents) are eligible to participate in the health benefit plan. The employee and the College share in the cost of the plans.  You can find more information about those plans on the College's benefits page.
