Supervisor Toolkit

Manage Smart

The Office of Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management (HRSTM) has created this online tool for supervisors. This resource provides information and materials needed to effectively supervise employees at Montgomery College. The content is organized to give supervisors quick access to information, policies, and forms for handling day-to-day responsibilities. HRSTM staff is available to help supervisors understand college policies and procedures, their supervisory role, and the importance of partnering with HRSTM. Direct questions to your HR Internal Consultant or another HRSTM team member.
